Vocational technical secondary school of Economics
Vocational Upper Secondary School for Business Studies (SBS) with 4-year tuition period was established in 2002 at the Centre for Education and Rehabilitation of the Disabled (currently the Martin Luther Evangelical Centre for Diaconia and Education) by transformation of the Secondary School of Economics. The school admits pupils with motor disabilities from all over the country who have opinion on the need for special education.
The school continues education received in lower secondary school and since the school year 2012/2013 its teaching is based on original modular curriculum (TE/PZ/1/2012/13) designed for the profession of economic technician (331403).
Comprehensive secondary school
Special Grammar School – as most of ECDE schools – is a 3-year, unpaid public school providing education based on the new teaching curriculum. It admits both, healthy and physically disabled pupils.
Special Grammar School offers dedicated curriculum for small groups (up to twenty pupils), extended course in English and history, two foreign languages – English and German (both supported by volunteers from Germany as part of the “Youth in Action” EU Programme.
Basic vocational school
Basic Vocational School provides unpaid education for bookbinders, tailors and hotel service assistants. It is based on the new, 3-year curriculum designed for a Basic Vocational School for tailors and bookbinders. In the school year 2012/2013 third teaching profile was established – hotel service assistant.
