On the 20th of November and the 4th of December, I went with a group of six students to the Diakonia Hotel in Wrocław. The students were split into two groups. The first group worked in the restaurant, while the second one, including myself, joined the cleaning team. During our time there, we learned various aspects of cleaning a bedroom. This involved changing the duvet cover on the bed, cleaning the shelves, coffee tables, bed desk, doors, and more. We also took care of cleaning the bathrooms, collecting towels, disposing of trash, cleaning mirrors, and performing other related tasks.
One of our responsibilities was to clean the floors, which entailed vacuuming and removing dust from the baseboards. Additionally, we were assigned to clean the conference rooms, involving table cleaning and floor vacuuming. Following our work, we were treated to lunch in the restaurant, starting with a soup and followed by a main dish. After lunch, we traveled back home using the tram.
